YOUR FIRST ORTHODONTIC VISIT 

We are offering in-office as well as remote consultations to minimize personal contact in the age of the Corona Virus? When you contact us, you can specify your preference.  

We will email you a link so we can connect, when you choose a Remote Consultaion. All patients will recieve an emailed appointment confirmation with a Health History Form which can be filled out online or brought to the in-office consultation.

During the initial Consultation we will outline your treatment plan, expected duration, treatment cost and payment options.  Please allow up to one hour for your exam.  If Dr. Merz feels you are ready to begin treatment, we can get you started.

When you come into the office, we will take photographs of your teeth and face, digital radio-graphic images, study model imprssions and a digital scan when indicated.
